the mistake of not
buying new clothes while they're dieting.
Perfectly understandable,
but incorrect.
Buying a few new clothes to slim into
is a great tonic.
Motivate
yourself!
Your appearance is a big
motivator,
or de-motivator.
If you look better,
you feel better.
The better you feel, the easier it is to keep dieting.
Suggestions
Buy a few new clothes (cheap and cheerful)
Get yourself a new hairstyle.
Visit the beauty parlor.
This may be rather
self-indulgent
but it WILL help you to lose weight.
Then you can revert
to
flogging yourself senseless.
But
at least you'll be slim!
