Less Sugar
Fact
If you never ate another gram of sugar
in your life, you'd be MUCH healthier.
Your
body doesn't need it.
Your appetite can be ruined by it.
Your weight is ruined by it.
You can get diabetes by eating too much of it.
And it contains ZERO nutrition.
OK, giving up sugar
completely is not realistic.
Because most processed foods contain it.
However, I strongly urge you
to reduce your intake.
Example
Drink more water.
Drink more 100% fruit juices.
Drink fewer soft drinks.
Eat less candy.
Eat fewer cookies.
