Processed food is
very convenient.
However, there's a price to pay
for this convenience.
To
put it simply...
When food is processed,
two things usually happen
Natural
GOOD STUFF is removed.
Unnatural replacements are added.
(e.g. Laboratory flavorings, chemicals, preservatives
plus ingredients to make it 'taste' okay)
So if you eat lots
of processed food,
you may be eating:
Insufficient: vitamins, minerals & fiber,
and
Too much: fat, sugar and salt (sodium)
The
message
Fill your shopping trolley
with as much
natural food as possible.
It's better for your health and it's
better for your weight.
