
Natural
Foods are Best
When you're inside
a food store
and everything seems so confusing,
follow this one golden rule.
The
more natural the food, the better.
Natural food is
not absolutely perfect, or natural
but it is LESS likely to be fattening
and MORE likely to be healthy.
'Natural'
foods include:
Fresh fruit
Fresh vegetables, including potatoes.
Fresh fish
Unprocessed muesli
Nuts, seeds
Whole meal or wholegrain bread
Brown rice
Bottled water
Cheeseburgers (Whoops! Just kidding)
I'm not suggesting
you live on this diet.
(We all need to eat poisonous rubbish
from time to time)
I'm simply suggesting that
when in doubt eat natural!
