Rule 1. Choose SMART Meat
There are three
types of meat.
1.
Stupid meat
This is very fattening
Examples
Burgers, sausages, salami, pate, chops,
regular ground beef
chicken-skin, fatty roasts.
AVOID EATING STUPID
MEAT
2.
Medium intelligent meat
This can be fattening
Examples
Ground steak, pork chops, bacon,
roast beef/lamb (without fat)
GO EASY ON THE
MEDIUM INTELLIGENT MEAT
3.
Smart meat
This is non-fattening
Examples
Turkey breast, chicken breast,
very lean pork, very lean beef steak.
YOU MAY EAT REGULAR
AMOUNTS
OF SMART MEAT
(About 4oz/100g maximum, per day)
But
fish is even better!!
