Couple
of tips
1.
Check fat content
Remember, if you're trying
to lose weight,
your total daily fat allowance
should be 30-35 grams.
Of which, a maximum of 10 grams
may be saturated fat.
2.
Check sugar content
Sugar isn't just called
sugar.
It has other names, too.
Check for: sugar, syrup, glucose, fructose.
Choose the lower-sugar brands.
When YOU know all
about food labels,
teach your kids!
