Much Exercise?
How Often?
If I knew the exact
answer to this question,
I wouldn't be doing this.
I'd be lounging in a heated pool
surrounded by half a dozen
adoring young men clad in
skimpy swimsuits,
while my mobile telephone took messages.
But that's another
story.
A
safe exercise plan
First, check with your local
physician.
If he okays it, start doing 10 minutes
of light exercise a day.
Gradually build up to 30 minutes a day.
Then, gradually make your exercise
more strenuous.
Walking, swimming,
dancing, cycling
or any light aerobic exercise is fine.
The
key is to exercise
is to do it regularly
Even fidgeting is
good for you.
Statistics show that people who fidget
lose more weight. (True!)
