Every dieter has
bad days.
If God went on a diet,
he'd have bad days, too.
But, NO ONE gets
fat because of
the occasional bad day.
(Or even the occasional bad week)
So the next time
you have a bad day
or bad week,
DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT!
Just wait till it's
over and
then return to your diet.
Most dieters panic
when
they have a bad day.
They get hysterical
and flip out
because they think they've blown it.
Don't
make the same mistake
Keep your cool.
And go back on your diet.
