Many women nibble
while cooking.
They taste this, taste that,
pick at this, pick at that...
Then they wonder why
their diet isn't working!

better approach to nibbling
while cooking
Chew sugar-free gum, or
nibble on pieces
of chopped apple.
(I'm sure you can think of lots of alternatives)
In
a nutshell
Nibbling isn't the problem.
It's what you nibble ON that counts.
So find something non-fattening
to chew on, and
nibble happily ever after.
