to Change!
In order to lose
weight you must swap
your bad eating habits for good ones.
This means changing
your eating habits,
and maybe some of your general habits.
The key word is
"change".
If you don't want
to change,
don't bother trying to lose weight.
Do something else, instead.
Most dieters are
not open to change.
They mess about for a month and
then give up.
Result? They feel they've failed.
But the truth is,
they haven't failed at all.
They simply weren't in the mood.
to change.
Don't
make the same mistake!
Either, be prepared to change
and give it your best shot.
Or, forget about dieting completely
and do something else.
You may not lose
weight
but you won't feel a failure.
