There's very little washing up.
Simple
casserole recipe
1. Chop up lots
of vegetables
(inc. potatoes).
2. Cut up some very lean meat
(3-4oz per person).
3. Throw everything into a big pot
and cover with water.
4. Leave it cooking for about 60 minutes
while you do your nails.
5. Serve with bread
to mop up the healthy liquid.
If
you eat meals like this,
you need never worry about calories.
