food.
Examples
1. Don't add mayonnaise to anything.
2. Don't add butter to potatoes.
3. Don't add cheese-dressing or
ranch dressing to anything.

If you want extra
taste
Add chili, soy sauce, salsa, lemon juice,
low fat yogurt, pickle etc.
But
DON'T add fat.
